You need some form of institutional diligence so that you can ensure that you're actually owning what you think you own. You need to have a vehicle that has proper valuation, that has potentially an annual audit by a large audit firm. And that's the type of administration and infrastructure barriers that have really prevented financial advisors from accessing that space previously."
